ACAPELLA IN MOTION – A SINGING GROUP IN BARNET
Thank you to everyone who attended Acapella in motion’s (a singing group in Barnet) first taster rehearsal and braved the horrible heat to attend their first taster session. It was lovely to emet everyone and we would love to see you all back again next week. We started on the Disney Favourite ‘Zootopia’s’ Theme song, ‘Try Everything’ by fabumous South American artist, Shakira. We learnt the tune, the soprano harmony part for the chorus as well as the movement for the first verse and chorus.
Next time we’ll be continuing with the Shakira song as well as practicing non movement based Ballad, Lewis Capaldi’s ‘Someone you Loved’ or alternatively an old Classic, ‘Smile’ by Charlie Chaplin. Looking forward to seeing you all next week!
