WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR NEW MEMBERS!

Acapella in Motion is an A Capella Choir in Barnet (The Borough of Barnet) in North London that sings pure A-Capella Music. We are a very small vocal group, with the aim of a maximum of twenty members. The music we sing includes Pop, Showtunes (of course), Rock n’ Roll, Alternative Music and even the odd Classical piece. We are on the hunt for new members!

We meet on Tuesday evenings in New Barnet upstairs at the Subud Centre. It has great transport links both by public transport and free parking if you drive. Fancy coming along for a free Taster? Do I need any special skills to sing A-Capella?

A good sense of pitch and rhythm is essential. You don’t have to be able to read sheet music, as we teach the parts by ear. As we’re small, you will need to be able to keep to your own voice part without swapping to the part of the person standing next to you. You don’t need to be able to dance (unless you want to!) as dancers are separate from singers.
